Building Upgrades: Public Corridors and Elevator Lobbies
Existing public corridors and elevator lobbies vary in design and age of finishes from floor to floor. On all floors with a PEO presence, corridors are being designed in a manner to provide strong PEO branding and identity, enhanced way-finding and tie-in to PEO spaces. Key features:
- Introduction of environmentally sustainable elements – flooring, wall and ceiling surfaces
- Lighting to meet LEED objectives – reduced energy consumption.
The cost of these enhancements is considered common operating and maintenance costs and will be distributed over all occupants (tenants and PEO) of 40 Sheppard.
