Annual General Meeting 2025

As a Chapter member, you are invited to attend the AGM and Volunteer Information Session. There is no cost. Agenda and event registration to follow.

Part of the AGM will involve electing officers to the chapter board for 2025/26. The officer positions are Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.  The Chair must have served at least one year on the Board or another Council Committee during the previous five years to qualify.  The Secretary may be an EIT chapter member or a regular chapter member, but the other officers must be regular chapter members.  

More information about the positions available and nomination forms to follow. A report from the Nomination Committee and a final notification about the AGM will follow about 1 week prior to the AGM.
