ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND TOWNHALL

MEETING AGENDA:

1. Approve the minutes of the March 6th, 2024 Annual General Meeting.

2. Summarize the activities hosted in 2024.

3. Present a financial summary of 2024 expenses.

4. Conduct 2025-2027 Board Elections. 5. Host a Town Hall Forum.
