Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Brampton Chapter of PEO will be held at the Brampton Golf and Country Club, 7700 Kennedy Road S., Brampton, L6W 0A1 on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of:
- Receiving and considering the chair’s report for the calendar year ending December 31, 2024;
- Receiving and considering the treasurer’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024;
- Receiving and considering the audited financial statement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024;
- Electing chapter executive members; and
- Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

The AGM is open to all members of the chapter.
Following the AGM, a certificate presentation ceremony will be held for engineers who have recently received their licences.
A formal dinner is part of the ceremony and requires the purchase of a ticket.
Members who wish to take part in the ceremony will be required to purchase a ticket in advance from the event Registration Page.
