PEO Chapter Scholarship

PEO CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIP – Brampton   

General Guidelines: 

The Brampton Chapter of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is proud to announce the PEO Chapter Scholarship to support and inspire high-school students as they embark on their journey into the engineering profession. The scholarship amount is $1,500. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Grade 12 students graduating from a high school within the Brampton Chapter's boundaries are eligible to apply.
• The application submission deadline is May 30. Please submit your completed application, official transcript, and reference by the deadline.
• You must have applied and/or been accepted to an engineering program in Canada, accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (CEAB). If selected, proof of enrollment must be submitted by October 30 in order to receive scholarship funds. 

Important Notes 

• Use of AI: Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work is not permitted. AI can assist with brainstorming, structuring, and refining ideas, but the final application should reflect the applicant’s authentic voice, experiences, and thoughts.
• Applicants are only permitted to apply to one chapter for the PEO Chapter Scholarship. Applications to multiple chapters may result in disqualification.
• Decisions by the Scholarship Committee are final and not subject to appeal.
• Submit applications by the specified deadline.
