P. Jeffrey Seaton, P.Eng. gave unstintingly of his service to the Municipal Engineers Association serving on committees for more than twelve years. He served in all the executive positions and in 1991, as President. Engineer Seaton was instrumental in establishing a class environmental assessment process for municipal roads. The process provided for environmental protection as well as being a system in which municipalities could work with minimum delay, inconvenience and cost. Letters attest to Engineers Seaton's leadership in developing Municipal Class EA's.
