Overview

The table shows the two licence statuses that apply to persons recorded on the PEO register.

It shows that a person may have a licence status of “permitted to practise” or “not permitted to practise (self-declared or imposed)”.

It also shows the different possible reason(s) why a person may not be permitted to practise.

Licence Statuses
Permitted to practise
Not permitted to practise (self-declared non-practising or imposed):
- Self-declared/Elected by the individual.
- Self-declared/Elected by the individual.
- Suspended (dates) by the Registrar.
- Suspended (dates) by order of the Discipline Committee.
- Suspended administratively (date) for incomplete continuing education and professional development.
- Cancelled (date) for non-payment of the licence fee.
- Revoked (date) by the Registrar.
- Revoked (date) by order of the Discipline Committee.
- Resigned (date).
